Do I need to create an account?
No. LessonLedger has no account or login. Your information stays on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, syncs through your own private iCloud account.
What's included for free?
The free plan supports up to 8 students, with attendance and balance tracking, recurring lesson schedules, reminders, iCloud sync, and full backup and restore.
What does LessonLedger Pro add?
Pro adds unlimited students, nine reports, one-page PDF invoices, CSV import and export, and the Apple Watch companion app. It is $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial.
Where is my data stored?
All LessonLedger data is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account. LessonLedger does not operate a server and cannot see your student or payment records.
How do I make a backup?
Open Settings in LessonLedger, then choose Backup and Restore. You can export a full backup and keep it wherever you choose.
How does the Apple Watch app work?
The Apple Watch companion is included with LessonLedger Pro. It mirrors lesson and payment information from your paired iPhone so you can mark attendance and log payments between lessons.
